Last night was my first ever date and I had a brilliant time! My date was with the beautiful lady cat from down the street and her name is Gypsy.
First of all I had to prepare myself so I cleaned my Tuxedo earlier in the day so that I would be looking my best for the date.
At 8 o’clock I went outside to meet the gorgeous gypsy and she looked purrfect! She was wearing a new collar that Santa Paws had given her and I thought that it really complimented her eyes.
It was raining very heavily so we decided it would be best for us to have our date on my balcony. It was very romantic! My human brought out some treats for us to share.
After our treats I insisted that Gypsy sit in the best and most comfortable chair while I sat near her below the chair. I am a proud gentlecat and did not want to make Gyspy feel uncomfortable by getting too close to her too soon. We were both quite shy and nervous but the conversation soon started to flow. We chatted about our favourite food, favourite lounge positions and also about what qualities we look for in a close companion. After the conversation we watched some humans who walked by.
Gypsy then decided it was time for her to go home 😦 I asked her if we could have another date and she replied that she would very much like to and that she will swing by my house again sometime soon for a second date.
I now have a big crush on Gypsy but she hasn’t been back today to see me and I have been looking out of my window all day hoping that she’ll swing by or that I’ll get a glimpse of her. Maybe it is too soon or maybe she’s just not interested in me, perhaps Tuxedo’s aren’t her thing, what if she’s on a date with Ginge right now instead of me?! I’m going crazy!
Hello to all of my friends and happy new year to you all! I wish you all a happy 2014 with lots of luck and good times.
It has been a little while since I came on here. First of all last weekend I was not well 😦 I felt very lethargic and un-interested in my food, even treats! My humans took me to that awful place…the vets! I was prodded and poked (with a thermometer up my rear end! how awful!) and found to have a high temperature so the vet gave me two horrible injections 😦 After a few days I felt back to my normal self so luckily it was nothing serious. Then after all of that once I had recovered I couldn’t get onto the computer because the humans were busy doing work and things on it all of the time. So I have had to wait until today to tell you all about my ordeal.
Now on to better news…tonight I have a date with my friend Gypsy!woohoo! I can’t wait! So I can not stay on here for long today as I have to go and clean my tuxedo and make myself look handsome. I will write about it tomorrow and let you all know if there is any romance between us tonight! And of course tomorrow I will also check in on all of my fellow blogger friends and see what you have all been up to.
Bye for now and wish me luck for my date!
Now that winter is here I don’t like to leave the house for too long as it is so cold! So I spend most of my days lounging around and napping in the house being warm and cosy.
I do miss getting out and about. Today I have been spending a lot of time reminiscing about the summer when I would spend most of my time outside.
I would like to share with you some pictures of me outside having fun in the sun.
These pictures are of me chilling out listening to my human man play guitar, I love listening to music!
This is my fellow tuxedo cat friend who used to live upstairs she is called Narla. Now she has gone to live in another house far away and I miss her very much! We always played together.
These were all taken in next door’s garden. I love to go there and I also go into the human man’s house, he leaves food out for me and my cat and fox friends and he always gives me cuddles and attention. I also venture into the house above this one and directly next door to my house as that is where my BFF Smokey lives.
These are all pictures of me playing and lounging in my garden. I love my garden because it is always so overgrown and therefore great for hiding and rolling around in!
I also spend a lot of time out around the front area of my house. Sometimes I can’t be bothered to go to the back of the house to use my cat flap so I go to the window, ‘let me in!’
Some other garden visitors include the Parakeets, the fox family and the seagulls. I enjoy their company!
After all the excitement of exploring and playing outside it’s nice to come home for cuddles and some food!
